For this sophisticated downsizing project, our client sought the comforts of a traditional home with the convenience and style of city living. The vision was clear: an open, airy space that still felt warm and inviting. Achieving this level of openness presented unique challenges, but with creative design solutions, we crafted a condo that blends elegance with functionality.
Creating a completely open concept in a condo required thoughtful planning and clever integration. In the kitchen, a hidden door was seamlessly built into the cabinetry, leading to a walk-in pantry. This not only preserved the sleek aesthetic of the open design but also allowed us to expand storage, giving the client ample cabinetry for everyday needs.
In the primary suite, a second walk-in closet was added to offer abundant storage without compromising space. The centerpiece is a custom-made bed, complete with stylish wall sconces and floating nightstands, creating a luxurious yet streamlined look that embodies urban sophistication.
This project is a testament to blending creativity with practicality, offering a refined, spacious feel for city living without sacrificing the comforts of home.

Unfortunately the design process and much of construction time was bookended by the unexpected passing of my brother and then the passing of my 96 year old mom.
Needless to say it was a very difficult time for my husband and I to focus on our renovation but Ana was considerate and conscientious by removing the stress providing us with the perfect design based on our earlier design style images that we provided to her through her Pinterest program.
